During the registration process, please register your

username in the following format:

Last Name, First Name

Example:

Smith, John

Failure to do so will result in delayed account

activation!

 

Once you have registered, your account will be reviewed

for further processing. You will receive notification via

email that your account has been activated.

If you are currently not a member of AFFNA, and would like to make a payment ($50.00 Regular Member/$35.00 Associate Member), please fill out all of the fields in the registration form and remit your application fee and dues to the address below:
